ThreadSweep
About the founder

Built by one person. With help from AI.

Here's who I am, why I built this, and the principles I'll hold while I run it.

I'm Ruchit Dalwadi. I've spent the last decade building products — across startup engineering, product management, and zero-to-one launches.

ThreadSweep started from a problem I kept hitting myself: Reddit is full of people asking 'is there a tool that does X' — but every monitoring service surfaces the wrong threads, or buries the right ones under noise. Keyword regex can't tell a rant from a buyer.

Modern AI changed that. ThreadSweep classifies intent the way a human would — reading the thread, weighing context, deciding whether the poster is buying-ready or just venting. Then it drafts the reply you'd write yourself, so you spend five minutes a day acting on leads instead of fifty filtering them.

Every customer gets my direct line. If Day 1 leads are garbage, you walk — no questions.

Why ThreadSweep exists

Every B2B founder I know spends hours each week trying to find people who already want what they sell. Reddit is one of the few places where buyers describe their problems openly — but every existing monitor either misses the obvious signal or buries it in noise.

Two things changed in 2024–2025 that made ThreadSweep possible: frontier AI could finally classify thread intent the way a human would, and the cost of running that classification at scale dropped below $1 per customer per month. The combination unlocks a product that wasn't economically possible 18 months ago.

So I built it. Hand-delivered until automation earns it. Priced for founders, not for funded teams.

How we operate

01

Charge for value, not for storage

We bill flat $149/month, not by contact or lead count. Your CRM doesn't punish you for having more customers — neither do we.

02

Hand-deliver until automation earns it

Every new customer's first week is hand-classified. Automation only takes over once we've watched it match human judgment on your specific ICP.

03

The founder picks up the phone

Until we hit 100 customers, every onboarding call, every escalation, every refund decision is mine. No tickets, no chatbots.

04

Build for cancellation

Monthly plans cancel one-click. Annual plans refund in 30 days if Day 1–30 deliver zero qualified leads. If we can't earn the renewal, we shouldn't have it.
